What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking through secure Indian payment gateways.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Your payment details are SSL-encrypted and processed securely. We never store your credit card or UPI details.
📦 Orders & Tracking
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking number. It may take 1–2 days for tracking to activate.
My tracking number isn’t working
Please wait up to 3 business days. If it still doesn’t work, email us at 📧 fitfreaksshop@gmail.com.
Tracking says delivered but I didn’t get my package
Sometimes couriers mark items as delivered early. Wait 1–2 days or check with your local courier office. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us.

Do you ship internationally?
❌ No — we only ship within India.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across India takes 4–10 business days, depending on location.
Do you charge for shipping?
No — we offer Free Shipping across India.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are fulfilled through our India-based print and delivery partners.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
Send us photos/videos within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a refund.
Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Yes — returns are accepted within 7 days, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
How do I start a return?

If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll try to update it.

If it has already shipped, we can’t change it or refund it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
My package is delayed or stuck in transit
Delays can happen with couriers. If your tracking doesn’t update for several days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
