✅ Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear images of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
📦 Returns (Change of Mind / Unsatisfied Orders)

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us first. Once approved, you may ship the item back at your expense.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🚚 Items Lost in Transit

Most orders are delivered within the stated timeframes.

If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the expected delivery window, contact us.

We will send a replacement order or issue a refund.
📍 Lost or Stolen Packages

FitFreaks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If your package is stolen after delivery, please contact your local courier/post office for further support.
